Our cottages are the historic buildings of an ancient manor farm, lovingly converted into private, luxurious self-catering properties. Each cottage boasts preserved original features and a fresh, modern design – some even offer a hot tub, making for the perfect relaxing venue for your guests to enjoy. 

We have 14 cottages in total, suitable for group sizes from 2 – 6 guests. Our cottages are dog-friendly too, so if you did have guests wanting to bring a furry friend, they are more than welcome to do so! Our cottages also offer outdoor relaxation spaces, which is great as it gives retreat guests extra room to unwind after a day of workshops.

Kilminorth is blessed with its surrounding natural beauty – our cottages sit amongst a 32-acre estate, surrounded by fields, meadows and enchanting woodlands, providing plenty of options for an outdoor activity – a sunrise yoga session? Yes please! 

Kilminorth Woods is just a stone’s throw away, and is the largest footprint of ancient western oak woodland in the area. Can you think of a more beautiful space in which to hold a creative writing workshop, or a foraging excursion? The privacy and tranquillity offered by our location will help make your retreat a treasured and unforgettable experience. 

It wouldn’t be the perfect Cornish escape if we didn’t mention the unbelievable beaches that are on offer, attracting visitors from all over the world. We feel proud to be situated just outside of Looe, Polperro and Talland Bay, making it easy for all of our guests to enjoy stunning sea views, and unspoilt bays. We are also close to estuaries, wooded valleys and moorland.
